U.S. Draft Dodger, Al Shapiro of New York, shows a poster of the Underground paper of which he is one of the editors. The paper, psychedelic in nature, supports a policy of sympathy towards draft dodgers and aids new dodgers to Montreal, find employment. Shapiro lives a meagre existence in beatnik style.
