Betsey Barton, 30-year-old writer, smiles today beside her car at New York University where she received honorary degree of Master of Human Affairs at 116th commencement exercises for turning her physical handicap into aid for others. Her legs are paralyzed as result of automobile accident thirteen years ago. In her writings she has described her experiences with braces and crutches.
