In the photo at left, 15-year-old Allan Frenchman, Jr., breaks into tears as he and his father Allan, Sr., 43, look at picture of his missing wife, Margaret and 10-year-old daughter Margaret (cq). Frenchman, a union business manager for Local 712 Hod Carriers, Buildings and Common Laborers Union, was assertedly threatened by a laborer three weeks ago. A laborer allegedly threatened to kidnap Mrs. Frenchman (at left, in photo right) and her daughter Margaret (at right in photo right) if Frenchman didn't find work her him. Frenchman last saw his wife and daughter at 12:30 P.M. Thursday when they left the house to go shopping.
