Suspect in policewoman slaying turns himself in

John Curtis Dortch, 29, who was sought as a suspect in Friday's slaying of Washington policeman Gail A. Cobb, turned himself in to police headquarter Saturday night in Washington. Dortch was charged with assault with intent to kill.
