Buffalo, Minn. -- Charles Ward, 28, right is accompanied by Wright County Sheriff Darrell Wolff on the way to Ward's arraignment Friday on state charges of kidnaping. Ward is charged with the abduction of Waverly, Minn., bank official Mrs. Ardis Graham, who was set free after payment of $50,000 ransom.
