Frank Catalano, H.H. Rogers, Jr.'s chauffer, and George Yamada, his cook, who were on the premises, as well as Claude Battin, neighboring farmer, who had called on a business matter, were questioned in the mysterious shooting of Evelyn Hoey, Broadway stage and radio star, in the Rogers country home here. They told graphic tales of events leading up to, and following the tragedy, for which the oil prince is being held.
