San Francisco: Navy Nurse Lt. (jg) Susan Schnall, 25, convicted 1/31 by a court martial panel of refusal to obey and order and conduct unbecoming an officer, talks with her attorney, Michael nerthimer, 2/3. Following the hearing, Mrs. Schnall, wife of a medical student was sentenced to six months hard labor in a federal prison for participating in anti-war demonstrations. She is the first woman in the American military to be sent to prison for violation of regulations.
