Survey Storm Damage--Residents start the cleanup job in this tornado-wrecked city today following the storm yesterday and a night of torrential rains. Some are shown surveying the destruction while others start probing through what is left of their house in search of possessions. The storm left 2 dead and some 100 injured. Olney's mayor, E.C. Hallman, estimated damage at $1,500,000 or more. 54 homes were totally destroyed and 132 were damaged in varying degrees. 5 business buildings were completely destroyed and 21 damaged. The storms narrowly missed the city's school shown in upper left as it cut a 200-yard wide swath through the western part of the town.
