Edith Stern, 16, of North Miami, Fla., prepares to teach trigonometry to freshmen at Michigan State University. Miss Stern, who has an IQ of from 154 to 201 (several different tests), registered in the graduate school at MSU where she will study for her master's degree in theoretical mathematics. As a graduate assistant, she will be teaching freshmen two years her senior, courses that she studied at the age of 12.
