Eddie Sachs Enters New Field of Racing--Eddie Sachs, a veteran of driving racing cars, steps to the cockpit of an unlimited hydroplane Friday on the Detroit River. Sachs steered the 11,000-pound Such Crust at straightaway speeds approaching 140m.p.h. in his first trial as a driver, liked it, and plans to double up as a driver in top powerboat races. His outspoken criticism of winner Parnelli Jones after this years' Indianapolis 500 provoked a fistfight between them.
