In the harbour are two sailing boats, one of which is partly hidden by the roof of a boat-house on the right, near which stand a man and a woman. In the upper part is the subject here described, with the sails in outline, only one figure on the right, and fewer lines in the sky. In the lower part, beneath a ruled line, is another subject, inverted (The Nelson Column, Great Yarmouth.)
