This 150-pound doe was brought down in the Cummaquid section of Barnstable today (Saturday) by Austin Van Duzer (left) and Thomas Leonard (right), using 51-pound and 46-pound bows respectively at over 90 feet. First deer ever shot bow and arrow on Cape Cod fashion/ since the method was legalized in Massachusetts and one of few shot in state. Season ended today. The two archers are local men.
