They’re Off And Running – Demonstrators take off, trying to elude pursuit of night stick-wielding West Berlin police tonight in West Berlin during battle outside an opera house as the Shah of Iran and Empress Farah arrived for an opera performance. The demonstrators, mostly students, threw rocks and eggs filled with paint but the Shah and his wife were not hit. At least 18 demonstrators and three policemen were hurt. Police said 22 persons were arrested.
