Mrs. Robert [Gloria] Davis, 34, tearfully embraces her husband in court after she had been rebuked by the court for refusing to testify against him. Davis is accused of firing five shots in an attempt to kill her following a domestic quarrel. Mrs. Davis drew a suspended jail sentence for contempt of court, and her husband was bound over to superior court to stand trial. The forgiving wife spent 23 days in the hospital after the shooting last month and still wears a cast as a result of the shooting.
