Statue of the late Secretary of Labor Maurice A. Tobin was unveiled on the Charles River Esplanade today. Participating in the ceremonies were, left to right: Maurice J. Tobin Jr.; Col. Daniel J. Murphy, Massachusetts National Guard; Mrs. Thomas Egan, widow of the late governor, and their daughter, Carol Tobin. He also served as Secretary of Labor under ex-President Truman.
