Treats and not tricks were delivered to sick children at Boston City Hospital yesterday by Mayor and Mrs. Kevin H. White, shown talking to Stephen McDonald of Jamaica Plain. As they left the hospital, the mayor, his wife, and twelve others were trapped for 15 minutes in an elevator between floors.
