Sugaring on Sugar Hill - Old an new methods of gathering maple sap are combined at Sugar Hill, N. H., a 200-year-old community now become the newest town in the Granite State. Gary Young uses an old-fashioned shoulder yoke and snowshoes as Ross Coffin pours sap into collecting tanks hauled by modern tractor. Sugar Hill became New Hampshire's 224th town after separation from Lisbon nine miles away recently. Sugarin' off season is getting a late start due to deep snow.
