Washington --The Rev. George E. Von Hilsheimer, former director of a Florida home for mentally disturbed children, delivers testimony Wednesday before the Senate permanent investigations subcommittee. Von Hilsheimer denied in sworn testimony that he approved alleged torture and unacceptable medical experimentation on his federally-funded students. He is the former director of the Green Valley School in Orange City, Fla.
