Gerald M. Anderson, 25-year-old former airman who was jailed for 10 months for a crime which authorities now agree he didn't commit, cleans a windshield and turns to talk to a customer in a service station where he's employed in San Bernardino, Calif. Anderson had been accused of killing a neighbor, Mrs. Nancy Johnson and her baby, while Anderson was stationed at Mountain Home Air Force Base in Idaho. Even after another man admitted the killings, Anderson was kept in jail for several weeks before being released and given a quick discharge. He's working in the station to support his family and hopes to be able to go to school to get a high school diploma.
