Turncoat Returns--Clarence C. Adams, Korean War turncoat, arrived in San Francisco today aboard the liner President Cleveland with his Chinese wife, Lui Lin-Feng, and their two children, Louis, 3, and Della, 7. Adams said he came back to the United States because "democracy, with all its faults, is still better than what there is" in China. He plans to return to Memphis where his mother, Mrs. Gladys Peoples, lives.
