Hester Sargent, of Boston, nears the finish line Sunday in the 15th Mt. Washington foot race, the first woman to complete the eight mile course up the mountain. Miss Sargent, the niece of former Massachusetts governor Francis W. Sargent completed the course in 2:11.13.
