Student protestors from Iowa State University did an about face Friday morning by presenting "Peace Now" chocolate cake to assistant police chief Tom Lyttle at Selective Service office in Ames. The presentation of the cake followed a day of 23 arrests by Lyttle and other officers Thursday when protestors refused to move from blocking selective service entrance. Bearded youth at left was one arrested when tear gas was used.
