Aid From The Skies For Earthquake Victims -- U.S. Airmen are silhouetted against the landscape of earthquake-ravaged Peru Sunday as they drop supplies from a C-130 cargo plane over the city of Huaraz. Only slow progress has been reported in relief efforts, with communications and roads cut by earthquake damage. Huaraz, state capital of Ancash Province, was almost totally destroyed in the quake.
