James Rooks, 15, holds his hands over roof parapet of 14-story Brooklyn apartment building to reenact for detectives last night how he pushed Lourdes Bass, 9, to her death. Police said he admitted raping and killing the girl Tuesday. Rooks is handcuffed to Detective Joseph Cronin.
