Tobin and Hynes got together last night at a testimonial dinner given to Fred Muncewicz, state comptroller, by the Thaddeus Kosciuszko post, V.F.W., in South Boston. Hynes was the only mayoral candidate invited to speak on the program with the Secretary of Labor, who, reportedly, will indorse him for the position.
