Striking postal workers express their emotions with upraised arms and shouted epithets as the first busload of servicemen arrive at New York City's General Post Office 3/23 to try to clear up the clogged mail left by striking postal workers six days ago. Pres. Nixon declared a State of Emergency and ordered Army, Navy and Air Force Troops to the Post Office. The first contingent of 800 men arrived 3/23.
