Strikers Halt Car--Pickets at the main gate of the General Electric plant at Fitchburg, Mass., halt a car carrying Navy personnel which attempted to enter the plant today. A pushing and shoving battle broke out between police and pickets. The strikers from the International Electrical Workers union won a truce after the 15-minute scuffle. The Navy wanted to remove two steam turbines which officials said were in need of repair.
