Strongsville, Ohio – Path Of The Twister – The tornado that struck here last night, killing one child, can be traced in an aerial photo, starting at the bottom. The tornado hit the hardest at the homes on the left side of the street, leaving surrounding homes virtually untouched. Damage was estimated at $1.5 million to the entire community, including $100,000 damage to a catholic church.

San Juan, Puerto Rico: With a new tropical storm-- names Judith--following in her wake, mighty hurricane Inez left the French isle of Guadeloupe counting its dead 9/28 and roared on into the Caribbean to menace the Dominican Republic and Haiti. Judith was reported to be 1,000 miles behind Inez, but slightly south of the course followed by the killer hurricane.
