William Davis (left) leaves Essex county prosecutor's office here today on way back to Westport, Conn., where he is charged with murder in the slaying of Mrs. Senada Coats Evans in her home Monday. Davis, in custody of Capt. Edward Capasse of the Westport police, passes Jennie Allen, who was with him when he was arrested early today.
