State Police officers form guard around Benedict (Bennie) X. DiPiazza, 20, this morning as he emerged from a car prior to entering the Frankfort Town Hall for a hearing on a first-degree murder charge. According to police he is accused of slaying Miss Noreen Jones, 17, Ilion, N.Y., Thursday afternoon in Frankfort Town Hall. The hearing was held before Peace Justice George R. Murtagh. The Frankfort youth was held for action of Herkimer County Grand Jury.
