Pro and Con--Supporters and opponents of the Nixon administration and the War in Vietnam demonstrated only a block apart near the Waldorf-Astoria in New York Tuesday night as President Nixon attended a Hall of Fame dinner of the National football Foundation inside the hotel. There were more than 40 arrests. Pro-Nixon counterdemonstrators, top, about 50 in all, wave sings and American Flags. In bottom photo are some of the estimated 1,500 who massed to protest administration policies.
