Taking a Big Bite-- These happy Detroit Tigers take a big bite of watermelon in the dressing room after they drove in 10 runs between them in their 12-4 win over the Chicago White Sox in Detroit today. Paul Foytack (left) winning pitcher got two singles and drove in one run. Casey Wise (center) got two home runs, a triple and a single driving in five runs. Lou Berberet hit a grand slam home run. The victory kept the Tigers in American League lead with five consecutive wins and a 1.000 percent average.
