Tactical Squad policemen twist arm of demonstrator as they rush her from scene of a melee on campus of San Francisco State College 12/3. Shortly after classes began, a group of militants began a noisy demonstration which was broken up by the club-swinging policemen. Eight of the dissidents were arrested.
