Stockbridge, Mass. - Plenty Of Building Material This Season - Robert Chassell, 16, built this igloo behind the home of his parents in Stockbridge, mass., and has been sleeping in it regularly. At top shows first stage in laying out blocks, tipped inwards. Chassell didn't learn how to build his snow house from Eskimos, he followed directions in a 1946 issue of Natural History magazine.
