Three cars of an amusement park kiddie railroad are washed against a tree by the rampaging waters of Middle Saluda River in upper Greenville County. The partly submerged building in the background is the station house, between 5-10 inches of rain has already fallen in this area and it is still-raining. Highways to the area, connection with N.C. are closed, One earth dam has broken, several farm-market bridges are out.
