Switches-- Hurricane Inez, which was heading north in the Bahamas yesterday, changed it course and today, at 8 a.m. edt, was centered about 45 miles southeast of Miami, Fla., heading slightly south of due west at 7 to 8 miles an hour. Although Inez is a large hurricane, her top winds are only about 85 miles an hour at the center.
