Police officers said James G. Lander, 31, right, a federal Narcotics Bureau agent, shot Continental Air Lines stewardess Mary Morris Mead, 20, left, to death at her apartment in Dallas, Tex., Saturday night. He escaped in his car equipped with a police radio. Police officers said Lander was heavily armed, possibly with a sub-machine gun in addition to other weapons and 'extremely Dangerous'.
