Berkeley, Calif. -- Lynn Mark Sims, vice president of the University of California junior class, was asked to withdraw last Saturday as an escort for one of the eight college football queens attending the Iowa State-U.C. Game. An investigation yesterday, after Sims protested the incident, brought prompt denunciation of the action from university officials.
