Patricia Ann Campuzano, 15, of Philadelphia, was shot to death by her father, Francis, 41, while he was trying to punish his daughter because of a post-midnight telephone call for the girl. Detectives quoted the father as saying he became enraged because of the telephone call and began upbraiding the girl, first grabbing two pistols. While holding the pistols in one hand he started slapping his daughter with the other, Campuzano told police. One pistol discharged, fatally wounding the girl. Campuzano was charged with homicide.
