Shooting victim taken from court

Lois Ann Lockhart, 72, of the Bronx, New York, is taken from criminal court in New York Monday in a wheelchair after the defendant in a case in which she was the complainant shot her and then himself. Both the woman and the defendant, William Spruill, 39, a Bronx mechanic charged with wreckless endangerment in Monday's appearance, were critically wounded.
