Shirley O'Neill, pretty heroine of the 5/7 fatal shark attack on her swimming companion Albert Kogler at Baker's Beach, speaks quietly as she relates her now-familiar story of that tragic afternoon to a coroner's jury here 5/19. Although she maintained her composure throughout the inquest, it was evident that the emotional shock of her afternoon of horror still had not left her completely. The jury returned the expected verdict of "accidental death" from the wounds inflicted by the shark.
