The nude body of Shirley Ann Cary, 32, an attractive State Dept. secretary who had been strangled and sexually molested was found in an alley 1/9 by an altar boy on his way home from church. Police said Miss Cary might have been slain elsewhere and her body dumped in the alley. They indicated her killer used a cord or piece of rope. The dead woman is a native of Wakefield, Mass.
