Mrs. George McShea looks proudly upon her twin daughters in Philadelphia episcopal hospital where they were born Tuesday. She says her doctor told her he's certain their birth "would be some sort of a record" since each weighed nine pounds, seven ounces. "We expected twins," explained her husband, "but never expected them to be this size. Normally, twins' combined weight is around nine pounds." the couple has four other children, all boys.
