Salem, Ohio -- Dr. Genevieve Wittenauer, 30, of East Palestine, admires her twin daughters at Salem Community Hospital East after performing the delivery herself last night. Dr. Wittenauer, who has delivered about 200 babies, delivered her twins during a hectic 18-mile automobile ride to the hospital. Her aunt, Olga Lee, rushed Dr. Wittenauer to the hospital as soon as the doctor began to feel sharp labor pains.
