Seventeen-year-old Elizabeth "Penny" Breiner, a high school senior, poses at her school today after it became known that she had donned a Valley Forge Military Academy cadet's uniform and rode a horse throughout an academy regimental review two weeks ago. A cadet, identified as second classman Charles F. Halsted 3d, of Durham, N.C., smuggled out a trooper's uniform, "pulled rank" on a plebe to give up his horse and Penny rode in the review. Halsted, who commanded the squad, has been dismissed from the academy.
