Sex arrest

Juvenile Officer Thomas Kelly of Div. 11 (left) and Juvenile Officer Donald Stevens of Div. 2 hold Edgar Gallant, 37, of 263 Columbia Road, Dorchester, after his arrest on serious sex charges involving 20 boys and 15 girls. His apartment was used for wild sex orgies, in which he participated. All boys and girls are under 17 years of age.
