Serum-Aided Polio Victim-Peggy Ann Best, 4, of Tucumcari, N. M., smiles at her grandfather, Dr. C. O. Molander, Chicago, who gave her a special serum Friday to lessen severity of polio. She apparently is recovering in Lubbock, Tex., hospital. The serum, said to be in use 10 to 15 years, was used after Peggy's sister, Sandra, 7, had died of polio.
