Miss Dorothy L. Burns, 30, of Bloomfield, N.J., who filed suit in Newark federal court for $200,000 against the Westinghouse Electric Corp., charging that she is suffering from radioactive poisoning caused by her exposure as a uranium research worker at Westinghouse laboratory in Bloomfield. Miss Burns' health, the court action declares, is seriously impaired in that she is suffering from diffuse occupational fibrous degeneration of the lungs, a cardiac condition and involvement of her nervous system.
