Rescued From Drowning while fishing with friends after yesterday's storm capsized their boat in Salem Harbor were Mr. and Mrs. Marcel Bracke of Dracut (left). Photo was taken in Salem Hospital before they learned of the death of Isadore LeBouef, 58, of Lowell. His son, Joseph, 19 (right), was rescued. The young LeBoeuf straddled the boat, holding Mrs. Bracke with one hand and his father, who was dead when rescuers came, with the other.
