Jesse Richards, 54-year-old Geneva, Neb., farmer, relaxes at police headquarters after his two teen-age abductors, Janet Spegel and Peggy Moore, both 16, were halted at a roadblock. The girls had escaped from state training school near Geneva Saturday night; held gun and knife on him, he said, during 100-miles-an-hour chase before they were captured.
